This information is changing every day so stay tuned.  The government tax credits appear to be scheduled for renewal and we may have a new tax credit for existing homeowners.  Here are some of the details so far.

First Time Homeowners:   $8000 credit
Good News.  It looks like the $8000 First Time Homeowners tax credit will be extended past the November 1 deadline thru April 2010.  This is great news for person's who have not owned a home in the last 3 years.  Click here for more info.

Existing Homeowners:  $6500 credit
Existing homeowners will be pleased to know that we may soon have a $6500 tax credit for anyone who has owned a home in 5 of the last 8 years. Click here for more info.

Whether you are a new homeowner or an existing homeowner, now could be the best time to be looking at a new home.
